About the Role

We are seeking a polished, experienced and personable individual to become the welcoming face and voice of our South Melbourne Studio.

This full-time position (Thursday to Sunday) is ideally suited to someone who thrives in a fast-paced, high-end customer service environment and genuinely enjoys creating exceptional client experiences. You’ll be confident engaging with people from all walks of life (and their beloved pets!), naturally organised, professionally presented, and able to remain calm and warm under pressure.

Previous experience in premium customer service, luxury retail, boutique hospitality, high-end reception, airline, hotel or other client-facing environments will be considered a valuable asset.

At artist photographer, our Guest Services Coordinators play a vital role in ensuring every client interaction feels seamless, professional and memorable from the moment they first step into the Studio through to their departure.

You will work alongside a passionate, creative and highly supportive team who pride themselves on delivering a world-class experience for every client.

Key Responsibilities

  • Managing inbound and outbound phone calls and emails

  • Booking and coordinating client appointments

  • Assisting with client enquiries and providing exceptional service

  • Welcoming clients and their pets to the Studio in a warm and professional manner

  • Facilitating artwork collections at the Studio

  • Maintaining high presentation standards throughout the Studio

About You

You are someone who:

  • Has experience in high-end customer service or premium client-facing roles

  • Presents professionally and communicates confidently

  • Enjoys engaging with people and creating positive experiences

  • Thrives in busy, fast-paced environments

  • Is highly organised with strong attention to detail

  • Is confident using computers and highly proficient in Outlook and general administration

  • Can multitask effectively while maintaining a calm and polished manner

  • Takes pride in both personal presentation and workspace standards

  • Is proactive, reliable and able to self-manage

  • Learns quickly and adapts well to change

  • Loves both people and animals
